Since your in Thailand I suggest looking for a local fish store or ordering online if you cannot find a local vendor. It also depends on what species of piranha, most commonly sold are the red belly/breast piranha, this should belong in the classifieds section.

You also need to check to see if they are legal to have in your area.

It is illegal to keep piranha in the state of California, I am sorry to say.

Not sure it it applies to cali or nit but I know in. CT you can keep piranhas if you get the proper permits, they're just super expensive and hard to get. Check with local laws and see if it is possible to get permits.

Getting a permit for piranhas is hard. You have to prove youre doing it as a public environmental display or something. Then pay a ton of money. Its probably easierand cheaper to move to a piranha legal state.
