I am wondering which Bristlenose Pleco color morph is the most dominant?

What will i get if i crossed combinations of these?

Super red bn pleco
Green dragon bn pleco
Albino bn pleco
Marble/calico bn pleco(are marbles and calicos the same thing?)
regluar bn pleco( what color are they?, i found people labeling light browns and pitch black bn plecos the same thing?)

Is the long fin dominant or the short fin?

Known info:my albinos breeds true Albino, his parents were albino and he came from a batch of !00% albino, not sure if my other ones breed true, but lets say they do in this situation.

Any help or knowledge is appreciated.

Thanks

Regular BN (chocolate BN is what we call them) and an albino will most likely produce 50% albino and 50% chocolate BNPs. (this is what I have always ended up with after my albino and regular BN spawned) This is said to be because a majority of regular BNPs carry the albino gene since it is so common.

Calico and albino will result in 100% calico. Calico crossed with regular BN will result in 50% common (regular) 50% calico. However, if the parents are crosses this will vary.

Nobody is entirely sure whether the short fin gene or the long fin gene is dominant. However from what I have read, many believe that long fin gene is dominant. Short fin crossed with a long fin gives between 25-50% long fins. However, if the parents are crosses it is of course, very hard to tell. Long fin and long fin will result in 100% long fin. Same of course goes for short fin.

Hope this helps!

As maryanne found when she had 2 chocolate BNs breed by surprise she got a handful of albinos. I belive it happened twice.
