ok, first off, im 14 today!!! but thats not what i need. well my oscar was moved into a bigger tank and all that. well one of the guppies died so i got a new one. then they all died of a fungus or what i believe is flexibacter columnaris. now i got some swordtails to bred. they died in a day from the same thing!!!!!!!! i did everything! now im adding lifeguard witch removes all kinds of things. what should i try now? ive lost more then 5 fish to this!!

Columnaris is a bacteria and i have seen it treated with a variety of things including Marcyn. Lower temps seem to also keep this stuff at bay. I can only give advice based of what ive been told/witnessed though. Are you positive this is columnaris? Pics? Also, happy birthday.

Tada. Not sure if it helps. What you are looking for on your fish is a white patch or fuzz.

yea they were covered in a white fuzz that spreads rapidly
