Dwarf gouramis eat fish flakes, pellets, frozen or live bloodworms, brine shrimp, glassworms, or fruit flies. They are insectivores, that means they eat small aquatic insects.

This web site is in English but it should help you quite a bit if you can translate it.

How can dwarf gourami or neon dwarf gourami eat Brine Shrimp? Because Brine Shrimp is from sea (salt water)? But dwarf gourami or neon dwarf gourami is from freshwater.

In the US you can buy packs of frozen brine shrimp. You just defrost a cube with fresh water and feed it to your fish.

Hope that helps explain things. :)

I recomend you buy a frozen mixed pack from your local fish store if they have them. DG are insect eaters and should be in nice decent sized tanks. They breath air from the surface and through the water, i would say never feed freeze dried foods to DG because they bloat easy imo, frozen and flake mix would be great and will provide your fish with importents nutrients as well as enhance color.
