Just as a note to anyone else: the rep I talked to said they won't pay for you to ship the heaters back unless you ask for it, b/c they are not advertising/ volunteering that info. (I asked her about it during our conversation. My response to her was that I am definitely asking for it). I don't know if it was just the rep I spoke to but make sure to ask for them to pay for shipping when you talk to them.
Fed-Ex is picking up the box o' heaters tomorrow and I should expect my refund in a few weeks.
