UltimateBettas.com is only providing a service. We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying merchandise via an internet message board. We do not have control over the items that are posted on the site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said product. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers takes, before, during, and after the sale. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented by the seller, in which UltimateBettas.com cannot and will not be held accountable for. However, in the case of a discrepancy, please notify the administration of the board.
As a member, you may buy and/or sell merchandise using UltimateBettas.com. As a seller, you are bound by the rules of UltimateBettas.com. This means when you agree to sell something, you are available for communication with the buyer, and you will have the item/items available in a timely manner after the agreement is made and payment is received. Failure to oblige the rules stated on this message board regarding sales will result in a warning from the administration, or moderating staff. Further complaints will result in loss of privilege to post sales on UltimateBettas.com.
Registering multiple accounts is considered unnecessary and innapropriate, if multiple accounts are detected, all memberships under the applying IP address will be suspended until the situation is resolved.
